2 years smoke free this month! Took many tries, but it is so worth it. I have gotten to the point where the smell turns me off. And I don,t miss the morning hackers caugh! I just wish I could get my SIL to quit. She just isn't ready. Keep up the good work!

Great job!! Be very proud of yourself and now you have the worst part behind you.

It has 1 year and 4 months for me and I feel so great about the freedom it has given me.

look at all the ex-smokers cheering you on! it's a very big deal and a huge challenge. you're doing it. and you can see that others have made it through too. don't doubt yourself. you can do this. you ARE DOING this! you are succeeding! congratulations! hardest thing i've ever done was visit my best friend smoking pal for a week. i took lots of embroidery and crewel kits, and even did two of hers! i was on fire and NOT smokin'. lol! but you are smokin' hot! you go!!!

I quit smoking over 40 years ago - was up to 3 packs a day. When I first quit it was hour by hour without a cigarette. Then it was all morning followed by all afternoon followed by all evening. Small steps at a time. Don't think too far ahead - just plan a short time ahead. Eventually it was all day and then all week. I agree that after awhile I too became disgusted with the smell and can't understand why those around me put up with it. It's not easy - I give you all kinds of credit for trying. DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I'm so proud of you! I've been smoke-free since 1986, I know how hard it is to stay away from cigarettes. Keep on trying and soon you will be free.

I was smoking 3 packs a day Marlboro 100's. I put all the money
that I would've spent on cigarettes in a jar for a year and it came to almost $400!
