I love to sprinkle a little apple cider vinegar (I use bragg's) on a cut avocado. yummy.

I can't imagine a few teaspoons being harmful. If it was, people who eat salads daily would be dying left and right.

I use vinegar to de-lime water spouts, faucets, around drains etc. if it can eat through this... I am not going to put it in my body.

Lemon or lime juice will also eat thru lime! But I'm not giving up lemonade....

I use the Bragg's drink (2 tsp Bragg's ACV & 2 tsp honey) in a glass of water twice a day. My knees were starting to give me trouble & after using the drink for a couple weeks....they're pain free! It's wonderful for arthritis. I've been drinking this twice daily for over a year & I'm just fine!

Then you should probably avoid ketchup, bbq sauce and most other sauces, salad dressing, mustard and a few other things that contain vinegar.

This is what I was told by a nurse practitioner to do for my chronic fatigue. This vinegar stinks but didn't taste as bad. I am slowing testing out with a half a tsp with 6oz of water.

But if it was that easy to burn belly fat, everyone would be doing it and no one would have a belly. I don't think it's that easy.
