Last year after peeling 3 bushels of tomatoes and canning them I received an email from vitamix telling me I can wash my tomatoes and put them into the vitamix then cold pack jars and process.A little late getting this message. So this morning when I got up my garden tomatoes were staring me in the eyes :idea: Vitamix. It works like a charm. Less than 1 hr beginning to end and 6 quarts done.
