We are just getting over a scary emergency room visit where my son had something lodged in his throat while having a family BBQ. An emergency room visit identified the foreign object. It was the wire from the brush to clean the grill. He had to have surgery to have it removed. After arriving home I searched on the internet for similar stories and found it to be quite common with very frightening stories. DO NOT CLEAN YOUR GRILL WITH WIRE BRUSHES. He is now OK and recuperating.
