 I am off work for the 3rd day because I got one of those colds where my throat hurts, I cough if I do much of anything, and I have no energy. I would love to sew, but don't even have enough get up and go for that! What a waste of a few days at home

I relate to this!! I'd rather be sewing on my b & w quilt top.

May be you can lay in bed and look at some quilt books, to get inspired when you get better.

Praying for your quick recovery.

Hope you feel better soon. I agree with you - being sick is a huge waste of time.

I'm so sorry you're feeling sick Cathie. I generally spend my sick days here on the QB and online looking at anything quilting. Rest, drink plenty of fluids, get some extra vitamin C and hopefully you'll soon be well. Gentle hugs coming your way.

I must be the odd ball here. I am retired now, but when I was employed, I spent my sick days being sick.
