Congratulations candlequilter for being the Biggest Looser  FQ will be on there way. I have my FQ ready for Sept, its in the envelope waiting for the address  After seeing the numbers of the weight loss for Aug I know that I will not get the FQ but I am having fun being a part of this and meeting nice people on here. I am down to 151 now lost 30lbs. Only want to loose 10-15 at the most. Have a great day

I'm sorry - I was out of internet range at the end of the month and I didn't get to send in my weight loss. Don't worry, I was no contest for any of the high scorers - I only lost 2 lbs. But I do intend to sign up again for September. The chit-chat, the recipes, the encouragement, it was all very helpful - even though I only contributed once or twice. I'm a very good listener or reader in this instance - but rather shy - and the topic has usually passed me by before I've thought of something relevant to say. I'm also fairly new so, being shy, I'm not sure how relevant my comments are anyway. There! I've gone and bared a big piece of my soul. In Junior High once I was nicknamed (behind my back) "That Stuck-Up Snob" and it was because my dad was in the Air Force and I had changed schools so many times, and been made fun of so many times that I became very shy and they mistook my shyness for snobbery. So I will try to do better next time because I read every word you say and I love you all just from what I read! To those of us with setbacks: A better September! and to those who did well in August: A better September! And thank you so much for Hosting this each month for us :D truepeach1!

Philarena: Glad you are here, but if you really want to keep up, you need the thread for September. Here is the link:

2 pounds is like 2 boxes of butter you don't need to carry around. Keep at it. It will be worth it in the end.
