I have lost 30.4 lbs on WW. I joined 4 months ago. I think it is easy and I love it. We are eating a lot healthier as well. My husband had a heart attack a year ago and we are both eating much better. He doesn't need to lose any weight though. We try to walk every day at least 2 miles.

I have lost 51.5 pounds since January and have 29 pounds to go. I have been on Take Shape for Life through medifast. My sister has just started it also, and has lost 13 in two weeks and losing inches. I have to eat 6 times a day, about 2 - 2.5 hours a part. I had tried everything else, and this is the only program working,e ven with my hypothryoidism and slow weight loss. My goal is 115 pounds and I hope to achieve that goal by Labor Day. I agree with everyone, losing weight is hard, but perseverence pays off.

Hi, I just discovered this blog and am so glad I did. I started WW in early March and LOVE the new Points Plus plan. I have done this before but without success. This time I am doing much better and it seems easier! So far I have lost 28 pounds on WW and had lost another 12 only own since Christmas,so about 40 so far! I am hoping to lose another 35 and then KEEP iT OFF. That is the trick. It is great to see other quilters with similar goals. Keep up the good work!

I gained weight with WW Points Plus. I was on it faithfully for six months and gained 14lbs. I was looked at like I was lying when I weighed in. I didn't eat as much as they said to before I joined and was told I had to eat at least the min. points. Bullmarlarky. I joined a fitness center and had a trainer work with me for a few times to establish my routine and show me how to exercise. I have lost all my extra weight and have gained strength and energy I never knew I could get back. I can eat pie again and not see it show up on the scales.

I lost 80 lbs doing WW on my own but following there plan (with neighbors help), I am stuck with 20 lbs to go so joined the WW meetings, I walk alot, I dont eat anything "white" like breads and pastas, I had zero sugar for the first 6 months and still eat mostly sugar free and fat free ( I do cheat now LOL). Eat breakfast every morning is a plus as well.

I think as long as you change your eating habits and excersize that is a great change in itself.

Way to go!! I joined WW the first part of May and have lost 17 lbs so far. Still have a long way to go. My husband got my fishing license the other day and had my weight at 140 lbs. I don't know if he thinks that is what I weight or either he is hoping that will be my weight. Haven't seen 140 since my daughter got married 20 years ago.

During the last 7 years I have lost 135 pounds but during the last month I have gained 10 pounds.
Yes, I cheated, I had a gastric bypass.
No regrets except wish I had done it 20 or 30 years sooner.
