You should check out http://www.sparkpeople.com/ it's a diet and exercise website that's FREE. It allows you to track what you've eaten, counts your calories, helps you set goals, allows you to track your exercise, has exercise videos for you to watch/do :-) It's a great site. AND IT'S FREE!
I'm so sorry you miscarried. I miscarried my second child and was never able to have anotherone. So its just me and my daughter. I have been looking at sparkpeople today it has some great stuff on there.
I am glad you found sparkpeople. It's a great site. There is also HungryGirl.com she gives some good recipes and has WW points calculated for them. I am sorry too - we have had 2 this year. We want one more baby but I don't know if it's going to happen.

I would love a "support" topic.
etools isn't extra. I am signed up so it comes out of my account monthly and it ends up being cheaper than paying every week.

I too have gotten in a slump this summer but I am back on track this week. So far it looks to be a good week. I weigh in on Thursday so we will see what it is then.

I'm doing the WW at work program. Have only lost a few pounds so far because I can't stay away from the M&m's.

Zero depending on how you cook it. If you eat 2 cups of it you have half a point.
