My husband says it looks like a tubing bender. Used to bend brake line or copper tubing.

At first I thought it might be the handle to a vacuum sweeper. I bought a Sharp vac years ago and it came with 2 handles-one shaped like this and a round one. Nice option for a vac

It is a scissor sharpener you lay the blade of your scissors along the pointy end and pull so the roller does the sharpening.

It is a wrapping paper cutter. It's upside down in the picture. The little wheels run along the table or other cutting surface and you push it along as the paper feeds through the blade area. I have one and it works great.

It is a tool. You will discover what type as soon as you get rid of it.

I think it is a Whim Wham for a ducks backside?

This is what my Grandmother always told me if she did not know what something was for!

I believe that is a tool for cutting those obnoxious packages that electronics are in. The ones you have to cut off. Safer than a pocket knife to get them open.
