Izabella's New Bed

I just thought I would share some pictures of my little one's new bed. Daddy built a platform style for her out of red oak. The three drawers will hold her clothes :-) It makes her bed much closer to the floor (she had a loft bed) and now we can read books easier at night. she loves it and so do I. When I decided I was finally going to get the painting done daddy decided he would make her a nice new bed. Her new wall colors are purple and orange-you can see a hint of them in the second picture lol

What a beautiful new bed & also the quilt on the bed!! :D Her Daddy did a great job & I can just picture her sleeping in her new bed tonight!! :D What a Sweet Angel!! Thank you for sharing with all of us!!

Thank you everyone :-) She fell asleep on her new bed she was so excited. I had to go in and tuck her in. Here she is on her new bed the first night.
And thank you on the quilt. It was her Christmas present from me for 2008. I will attach a picture of that as well. I had I think 2 F4s of the butterflies on black that I just loved and could find no more of so I decided to match the butterflies with other colors and voila her quilt was born :-)
Thank you all again for such wonderful compliments. It is nice to have a daddy who is handy lol

PS I am also posting a couple of pictures of her being goofy with her fake mustache she got out of one of those vending machines lol
