Should be a fun trip. Depending on what area you are going through we can all help (smile).

We stayed in Cape San Blas, Fl on the Gulf Coast for the month of February, 2011 and really enjoyed it. Beautiful, quiet, serene and dog friendly beaches.

There's a wonderful quilt shop in Winter Haven called Heartfelt Quilting. Very nice staff and a large selection of fabrics. They also have a wall that's a kitchen with a fridge, oven, and sink. They have a fun class on Tuesday nights where they cook. I was very impressed with everything about this store when I visited it.

Are you just going for a visit or to live?

So happy for you! We are going in 2 weeks. Have been wanting to go for 40 years, and all 4 of us are going to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday.

What part of Florida are you heading to?

I adore Pensacola! The beaches are so lovely!! And then of course there's always Orlando with about a MILLION things to do but no beaches! Have fun!
