We are having Taco's. I love them. So quick and easy. Our daughter used to complain when she lived here because she was so sick of Mexican. She often reminded us that we are German and Polish - not Mexican :)

What is for dinner (or supper as my mom calls it :)) at your house tonight?

Whatever *I* want!! Husband out of town, house to myself for two nights (then I join him). I might just sit down in front of the Tour de France with a big bowl of buttered popcorn for dinner!! It's ME night.

Not sure yet - I will either have a single-serve California Pizza or some spinach pie. Depends on if I want to go digging in the freezer.
