Default Where are my cyber Monday sales?

I've been waiting for weeks hoping my email would be full of cyber Monday sales but very few and nothing that is of any use to me. Anyone else notice that?

Plus side is DH took me to my favorite quilt shop Saturday on my birthday and told me to get what I wanted. I did, within reason of course since I REALLY wanted the long-arm but not on our limited income.

Maybe I'm not surfing the Internet right, but I miss the deals too.
On the other hand, should you not get a reply on this thread, I guess they are out catching the deals, that we have missed.

Happy belated Birthday!
Sorry I forgot to mention it earlier. I hope you had a nice day!

Well if you are looking for Quilt shop deals, I know a lot of our local ones had deals Fri and Sat. I have gotten emails from Hawthorne Threads (they have a lot at $7.99 yd); Martingdale has some books 20/30/40% off; Fat Quarter Shop has 25% off precuts; Fort Worth Fabric Studio has 30% off Holiday house/20% off bundles and kits.

you should probably sign up for some site email lists.
i didn't "shop til i dropped" this year, but did get deeeeeeeep discounts using joann's coupons; bought a few things from missouri star quilt company and connecting threads.

i could have gotten warm & white batting by the yard (from hancock's) for 65% off on saturday, but diddled around too long and they were sold out. shipping would have been free, too.
oh well ... you know what they say ... the early bird gets the batting. LOL LOL LOL

The sales were ordinary. Connecting Threads had the best sale, but nothing I needed.

I think Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales have been so diluted that the concept is pretty much over.

I didn't see any "must-have" quilting deals either. My stash is well stocked so it has to be a really good deal or something really cool to pique my interest. That's probably for the best, though. I did splurge, but on things to donate to charity and for my "angel tree" kids. That's the best of both worlds - the fun of bargain hunting and the satisfaction of doing something charitable. Plus I don't have to figure out where to store anything I bought, LOL!
