I could only take just sooo much of one person. Oprah has done wonderful things, you only want to hear them once, maybe twice, she just was toooo much for me.

I am completely with you on this issue. I find it insulting some of the shows that are marketed to women. We have been backsliding for quite awhile . With all the push-up bras and shapers being marketed are we really liberated? ( I can get really on a soap box on this issue... )

It would not hurt my feelings if her network disappeared totally. I didnt watch her on national network, so I sure don't watch own. Just my opinion.

In this world of Me Me Me...... this show helps us learn how to be all the best that we can be, and shares how we can become better human beings. I LOVE it. I'm with you Ruth. Her life classes are great. They give you alot to think about. I stumbled across the life classes toward the end of the series. Then I found the beginning on repeats and started watching that but have missed some lately. They are certainly worth watching.
