This was so neat to discover! There are always a pair or two of doves hanging out on the utility line that runs through the back of the property and I love to hear them. Didn't know they moved in! Had to prune a monster trumpet vine on the other end but...left this one alone for now. Thought I would share.

    Sweet!
I had a dove couple that every spring & summer for 3 years nested in a potted asparagus fern on my 2nd floor apt balcony. My roomie named the mama bird "Ferdishes" (as in "Dove for dishes") LOL
Enjoy them & thanks for sharing that great pic!

Would you like me to send you some of mine? They fight with the squirrels for the sunflower seeds in my way back yard. The squirrels are very angry with me right now, they haven't had any seeds since last Friday. Ooops, but my Aunt took precedence over their bellies!

AAww how sweet. Thanks for sharing this pic. I had a mama bird make a nest in my topsy turvey but sadly the eggs never hatched.
