James Taylor? John Denver? The Wedding Song? How many times have you seen James Taylor in concert? Who did you see the most in concert? Anyone see Leon Russell?

I eloped. Left the house with my mother screaming at me "don't think you can come back here if it doesn't work out" (I was young). 41 years later I still haven't had to move back home and my mother and DH are best friends!

Hosta, I saw James Taylor at the gym once. It was so funny. He was in Syracuse for a concert and there he was riding on the bike. I nearly flipped! :D:D

Happy Birthday! We got married on my mom's birthday and my Dad sang happy birthday in my ear as we walked down the aisle to make me relax. We actually had the traditional bridal song.

Traditional but my brother had Hey Jude as his wedding march and his bride wore deep purple velvet. Bet you can guess the decade for that wedding.

My hubby of 35 years and I were married in judges chambers to no music.
I did see Leon Russel years ago at Mammoth Gardens in Denver. He was playing in concert with Joe Cocker.
We also went to a concert to hear Kenny Rogers when he was with the First Edition. The opening act was an unknown comic named Steve Martin.

We had a simple second wedding in which my son escorted me in to "God Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flats. His daughter arranged a first dance to DH's favorite "Forever" by Kiss
Opposites musically but balanced in all the right ways.

I have seen Elton John, before he was big in 1970 at the University of Northern Iowa for $3. Have seen James Taylor 7 times, Bob Seger, Alabama (10), Chicago is my all time favorite group, have seen them 42 times in my life. I love, love, love that group. Love Leon Russell. 2 weeks ago, he was on SNL with Elton John for a rare concert with pianos placed in opposite directions. Loved it. We used to go to Tulsa just to drive by his house so we could see him driving in his white Excalibur. Life without music is like sewing without fabric

In-a-Gadda-da-vida by Iron Butterfly. Don't ask. We were married at midnight on 12/31/1999 in a beautiful backyard at a Y2K party. My boss married us. It really was beautiful.

We were married outside in front of a lake, so no music.

He asked me to marry him on our 2nd date. We knew each other less than 1 week. May 17th we will celebrate 30 wonderful years together. And to think some people said it would not last because we did not know each other well enough.

I knew that I liked you for a reason!! The Boss gives the BEST CONCERTS!!

The first time it was the traditional wedding march, the second time Ode to Joy.
