Excellent! I'm going to give a copy to my DGS to take to his teachers!

As the Nana of an ADHD kid who was regarded as a "discipline problem" in kindergarten and Grade 1 and is now succeeding in Grade 5 in all subjects at the advanced level, I know this to be true!!

As a future teacher, it never fails to amaze me how undervalued teaching as a profession is. I should have moved to Finland (it's a very competitive and highly valued career there)!

Without teachers, there would be no other careers!

I'm not a school teacher, but did teach 3-5 grade girls Sunday school class for awhile. Also, I come from a long line of school teachers. An excellent post! Teachers, especially in today's world need more praise and appreciate than ever.. Thanks to all the retired teachers, current and future teachers on this board. Kudos to you...
