Your comment made me laugh, as "Dear" also might not go in front of mine. I too was wondering if there was somewhere to go to get the list of DH, etc. Thanks for doing it for me.
Yep, the "D" can have other meanings depending on the day!

Love these!

Since I am recently divorced I can relate to anything except Dear Husband. I do have a Dear Daughter but think Dingy Daughter works very well too.

Has it gotten down to where we are too busy to even spell out a word? Edie

Yes, that's where it is now. I wasn't happy with it either until my gdtr (granddaughter ???) taught me to text on my cellphone & now I want to use whatever shortcut I can find. LOL.
I love your OAO.

How about ABC - that is used when I make minute steaks or cube steaks - ABC - already been chewed! Or NCM - non compos mentis - Latin for Not Totally With it!!!! You know, a sandwich shy at a picnic, one fry short of a Kid's Meal, etc.

Have a good day. At least I think us older ones have better initials to our shortening of words. At least you have to think a little bit in the process - Oh, Gum is also ABC! Edie

I always thought LOL was lots of love but it's usually lots of laughs!

It's interchangable, laugh out lot loud or lots of laughs, either one works.

Geez, and I thought it was Laughin' Out Loud....
I'm in agreement with Edie...words are less likely to be misunderstood.

I just go with the flow. It meets my 20 year rule = if it won't matter in 20 years = it don't matter.

That is so funny. As I get older, that time limit gets shorter & shorter. Sometimes it's almost immediate. Ha.
After losing my daughter 6 yrs. ago & then husband recently, I decided there is really very little that's very important. Too bad we don't learn that earlier in life. Would save ourselves a lot of grief & working so hard. My priorities now are my 2 sons & g-kids. Next comes my quilting which has been my therapy.
