Chocolate. Especially baked in a pie with a meringue top.

I love all puddings! Have some white chocolate in cupboard, may make it later.

 You all made me have a craving for pudding at 1AM. (I just got home from work). Anyway I went rummaging & found in the back of the cabinet a Snack Pack of tapioca. I know it's not the same as homemade, but, hey, it's better than nothing. I buy Snack Paks to include in lunch I take to work.

Chocolate, tapioca, vanilla, in that order. I had my 2nd favorite while reading this board. :D

My mother was British and Birds custard was served hot atop apple pie. Special treat!

My favorite pudding is nanner puddin - bananas, vanilla pudding and vanilla wafer cookie crust.

This is too tough..have to admit I love all puddings, especially if I can have a dollop or two of Bird's Custard with it!

As a child my mother made pudding several times a week. I made it for my children. DH would never eat it until recently. Now he askes for pudding. I love chocolate, rice and tapioca. I found a great recipe from Ina Garten for bread pudding made with stale cresents. It is good too.
Now I am hungry. Pudding tonight!

Rice pudding from the Greek diner down the road (they bake it) is my favorite. Chocolate when I make it myself. I love the skin that forms on cooked pudding...I am not ashamed to admit that I sometimes pour the pudding into a large baking dish to set. That way, its all skin....yummm!
