Default Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

I'm totally hooked on this book. I saw someone out there reading it but don't remember who it was.
Thanks though for bringing it to my attention. Have you read any of the other books by her and are they just as good?

No I haven't, but am always on the lookout for a good book. I'll put this on my ebook list. My daughter is a librarian (law librarian but still loves any book.) and she gives me lots of ideas also.

It was of the best fiction books I've read in quite a while and that's saying something since I read several books most weeks, both fiction and non-fiction. I hated to see it end.

I read all her other books. Sharp Objects was my favorite.

We discussed the book in Jan. http://www.quiltingboard.com/general...l-t212285.html

I started reading this book because I heard so many good things - but I cannot get into it - maybe it gets better - tell me that it gets better.

I am currently reading The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. It's fascinating, but disturbing.

I thought The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks was very good too. It was a real eye opener. I'm about 3/4 through Gone Girl now and still enjoying it. I heard some people didn't like the ending though. I'll let everyone know what I think when I get there.

It took me a few pages to get into it too but for me it was worth it. Hope you feel the same way.

I'm reading the English set of books about Burracombe. It's set in a small village just after World War 2. Very good.
