tonight we'll be having some taters, peas, and onions in chicken gravy (there might be a bite or two of chicken left in there even!) and fresh stewed squash. cucumbers and onions in vinegar too. I'm tending a garden for friends at church who are going on a mission trip and I went today to see what needs to be done and came home with a 5 gallon bucket of squash! needless to say we'll eat LOTS of squash next week. I can't wait for my few plants to produce something.

Good question, I haven't decided if I'm going to pick something up on the way home or find something when I get home. Hubby will be out tonight so I'm on my own. I like what the sounds of what you're having; too bad we didn't live closer! :D

Ground turkey meatballs with tomato sauce and pasta, homemade focaccia and a green salad as always. I need to saute the okra my mama brought me too! Sounds like everyone is eating very well tonight!
