DH is working late, don't know how late, so I've already heated up leftover Chinese.

Hamburger with manwhich sauce, raw fried potatoes with fried onions, and a small salad. Simple and easy with enough for lunch left overs tomorrow. Or company - whichever comes first.

I could use some of your dinners DianD! Sure wouldn't hurt me to skip a meal. Too bad I like to cook and eat. In the next life I'll be better. Ha! Doubt it.
