Default What's Your Favorite Christmas Movie?

I've enjoyed many, and it's a bit difficult to pick one over the others, but I feel that "Holiday Inn" wins out, with Fred Astaire's dancing and the general theme of the story. Do you have a favorite, and is there a reason that it beats some others?

Charlie Brown's Christmas

In fact my husband ordered the tree for me as a gift. He knows I just adore that homely little tree.

I love "Holiday Inn" as well. I also love "Scrooge", the 1951 version of "A Christmas Carol" with Alistar Sim. It's a great story and it always makes me cry.

Too many! For years my favorite was It's a Wonderful Life. Then it was A Christmas Story until everyone else discovered it and it gets played so much. i still love Christmas in Connecticut and Period of Adjustment. I also love A Christmas Carol, the George C. Scott version.

I also like the Christmas Carol with George C Scott but my favorite is the Muppet's Christmas Carol version

White Christmas with Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney for the great music.

It's A Wonderful Life because I've always had a crush on Jimmy Stewart. Miracle on 34th Street. The Bells of Saint Marys. The Littlest Angel. Prancer. Santa Claus is coming to town. Frosty the Snowman. Sorry but I can't pick just one, I'm a Christmas junkie. I have all the Christmas movies in my list on Netflix and I am trying to watch them all by Christmas

A Christmas Carol. The 1934 back and white ..only. The best! It's a Wonderful Life is another but I don't always watch it annually. There are certain scenes i still love to watch over and over.

The Nativity Story - after all, that is what it's all about.
