Molasses sugar cookies, only make them at Christmas for some reason. Also love oatmeal with raisins and walnuts.

It's not a cookie but Baklava is my all time favorite, especially at Christmas time.

Snickerdoodles

Peanut butter, yum!

If we love them so much, why wait till Christmas? we need to indulge ourselves more than once a year. we deserve it.
Make it freeze it and take out a few at a time and bake them in the toaster oven. that's what I do. Treats all year.

Mine too! I love to use almond extract vs vanilla. Or instead of raisins i use dried cranberries.

I love my chocolate cookies that taste like brownies, also the PB cookies with no flour. Shortbread too, I add pecans and maple flavoring. And Blondie-squares with pecans. Since I have been making my own cookies, the storebought ones don't taste that good to me anymore. Even the Pepperidge Farm cookies are just "meh".
