I've made a couple of totes for gifts recently. I made a carrier for my quilt rulers. I made a couple of Halloween costumes for my son when he was small and an Aloha shirt when he grew up. Now, it's mainly quilts.

I used to make my clothes and my kids clothes. I make draperies and accessories for my home. I was also head seamstres at a bridal shop for 5 years. I worked on mostly the wedding gowns. I still do alterations fo a wedding occasionaly just to keep my skills up.

I made some American Girl doll clothes recently, does that count? Good grief, I feel like such a slacker compared to you all! :)

I've s sewed for all my family since I was in JR.HIgh. Sisters, nieces, Mom, daughter, Grandchildren, hubby, made leather car covers for a MG MIGet( on my FW!!)LOL some upholstery work, curtains . Just about everything but that guitar Case. Sewing was always my favorite thing to do , but I don't do it as much now, old joints don't make it easy anymore.

Like most of you, I sewed for my two girls and a few boy's
shirts. Also my own clothes, before they started production
of "talls" Now I have shrunk to a size I can buy. Made the
halloween costumes for 5 kiddos, some curtains, purses, jewelry bags, roly nesters; am sure there a few things I've forgotten. I love it as long as everything goes 'right' but now I sew more because it's something I really want, not because I have to. Makes a difference!

Oh, I forgot, when my Dad was alive I made him tool belts, over the seat of the car holders for his tools, I've also made pincushions, coasters, placemats, tablerunners, sewing machine covers, thread catchers, sewing tool belts, sewing machine organizers, curtains, armchair holders, pillowcases.. given enough time I can think of more.

Sewed for myself and kids, made suits for my ex. Had a fancy dress shop. Made all my own household things, drapery's, duvet covers etc. Made costumes for the stage including ballerina's tutu's and wedding dresses. Now have two new beautiful DGD's to sew for and enjoying that.

But, now DH found I can sew he has a list as long as his arms 'cos he is 6'3" and nothing is ever long enough. He has also had me make covers for, so far, about half of his studio equipment, keyboards, controllers, drum pads etc. so I don't want him to see or hear anything about that guitar!!!!! And no! I'm not making covers for the Harley's either! Some time I will get time to start a quilt though, lol.
