we eat meatloaf alot, and about 1/2 of the time we have meatloaf burgers. make meatloaf as usual, but shape into hamburger patties and fry. great with a1 sauce.

When I make it I put it in a muffin tin. It cooks fast and does not have the meatloaf look. Never met a meatloaf I didn't like!

That is my granddaughter's favorite food. For a couple days that is all she would eat. We just had her first birthday a couple weeks ago and we had meatloaf!

Recipe? Open the refrigerator and see what is in there that needs to be used.

My mom hid all the nutrition I was trying to avoid in her meatloaf LOL! But it really was good anyway...don't know the proportions of any of it, but it had the ground meat, shredded carrots, Wheat Germ, Quaker oats, cracker crumbs, an egg, & sometimes she'd put leftover corn in it too. As long as she didn't put okra in it I was ok with it.

Looks pretty???? I have no idea. One thing to remember: NEVER reheat or you have a bouncing rubber ball.

My mom made the worst meatloaf EVER. She would put things in it that just didn't flow together. yours sounds like something I would eat If you could post the mixture I'll give it a thy.

My goodness! I thought I was the only one who put shredded carrots into meatloaf. (I also put diced celery)

I like meatloaf, my grandson says I make the best; and my daughter-n-law, who always hated meatloaf....loves mine. Guess it's all in how it's made!
