Hi so sorry to say I will not be in chat for a few days,I bruised my ribs on my right side and it hurts so much to sit still for any length of time.Nothing can be done except rest and take tylenol.I started putting ice on my ribs for the pain and it helps a little.Miss you all and hope to be back soon. :( :(
