I'm in California, we are running out of water. We envy the states with all the snow, wish you could put it on a cargo train and send it our way. We had a drizzle of rain yesterday but we need buckets of rain for several days.

I love the snow (not for the shoveling) but because I can sew all day without (haha) guilt. On the downside, this last storm has pushed me into a headache that has lasted for 3 days, causing me to miss 2 days of work. I do love the snuggle time inside the house though!

It sure has been a productive winter for you - all I've done is cuddle with my cats!

and all I've done is read with hot tea or cocoa. Looking so forward to March or Spring when I can get outdoors again. I find I am not so much a fan of heavy snow that stays on the ground for days and days, but I do have to say the last snow was the white, dry fluffy stuff that was easier to shovel.

I am sure there an many places across the midwest and northeast that would love to send you some snow and wet! I would be glad to let you have that which is covering our county right now!

Yea...our cold days in MN turned into sewing/quilting days! Felt bad for the kids because they couldn't go out and play on the no school days, but happy I was able to get things done!

We have had so many indoor recesses the past few months...more than any other year in the thirty years I've been teaching. On the other hand, I am getting a lot of knitting done here at home at night.
