I just heard on the news this morning that the owner of the bank I work for is being forced to "step down". The bank has been in financial trouble for a while now and I have been keeping my fingers crossed that I would have a job. Now, I don't know what will happen. Stepping down is something this man will not be happy doing. He built the bank on his own from the ground up. Giving up controlling power is something we all know he will not give up easlie. Don't know if this will be good for the employees or not. Guess we will find out.

Maybe his stepping down is so that someone else can invest and make it make more money and more secure jobs. :)

Any type of change is scary. Will be praying for you and co-workers.

That is exactly what he is doing. He actually put off doing that for as long as he could. That bank is his baby and I know it hasn't been easy for him.
