and I had planned to sew all day. Not so much fun when the eyes are messed up. grrrrr. Already gave the lashes a good scrub with diluted baby shampoo. I wonder what brought it on this time; I have not had any problems for years. Oh well - if all else fails, I'll take the pirate route and use an eye patch - arrrr.

Too bad, they do hurt. Hopefully it will go away soon and you'll be back to quilting. Feel better!

Those are such a pain....literally... you can't go wrong with a nice warm compress.

Oh what a pain, make yourself a cup of tea and put the tea bag after it's cooled on your eye. My sister used to get them all the time and a tea bag relieved the discomfort.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Try a little baby oil. It softens up the skin and makes it better immediately.

I've never had one nor has anyone in the family. I wonder what causes them? Any cure or treatment?

I have never experienced one either, and don't want to start now. Praying that you are getting better and tomorrow, it will only be a memory!

Thanks you lovely people. I'll try the tea bag idea with camomile except I won't drink it. My mom always made me drink camomile tea when I was sick as a kid.
