I was on my way to my daughters to babysit, when she called my cell to tell me that she didn't need me till a couple hours later. I started to turn for home, but just then I saw the big park we have here in town. It really is huge and very pretty. I pulled in, found myself a shady spot near the stream and covered bridge...sat there for 2 hours quilting away and listening to the water! Was fantastic!

Glad you had the weather to do it in and enjoy. We had 104 today. Shade or not, that is hot. Glad you got the two hours to enjoy...and the stream..wow.

I envy you, wish I could get away from things for two hours to something that I truly enjoy.
