Love your Spring flowers. I'm looking forward to seeing some of your flowers in my yard. DD's still bring me a ball jar full of them even though they are now 19 and 20 years old.

I love the little purple ones...but.....I dread to see the yellow ones show up in my yard, in my flowers and veggie garden lol

Dandelion wine and the young leaves used as salad.

Beautiful. A weed is only a flower growing the wrong place. Yours are obviously the right place, so enjoy your beautiful flowers......

Did you know dandelions (at least the ones we know as weeds) are not native to the US? They were brought over from Europe in the mid 1600's for the settlers to plant in their gardens to use as food and in medicines. Since then, of course, they've taken over the entire country as the lovely weed they are!!!
