Beautiful day in Chicagoland. Not sunny, but warm enough to have the windows open and the song birds provide a beautiful chorus.

WOW! That's more snow than we have and it's not unusual where I live!!! What part of Arizona are you? I have friends in Yuma. I also have a neighbor (friend, too!! :)) that's in the Apache Junction area. She just sent me an e-mail and said she didn't want to come back to our snow yet....I'd die laughing if she had snow this morning!!!!

About half way between Phoenix and Las Vegas, Nv. Our elevation is 3200 feet so we are typically are about 10 degrees cooler than Phoenix or the low deserts but we don't get much snow. This year it seems we have gotten way more than typical. Apache Junction probably only got rain and chilly temperatures.
