OK...now I'm feeling really behind and left out. I checked out the quilting app...sounds cool! I'm gonna have to go looking around at Best Buy really soon! DH is going TV shopping soon anyway..so it will be a fun trip! He was looking at new laptops for me the other day.

I'm behind the times, too. I'd never even heard of the iPod Touch! I just took a look, and it looks great! Not something I can buy just now, but it's on my wish list.

I love my touch ipod as well. I download audio books from itunes and from audible.com (a subsidiary of Amazon.com)... I have an external charger cord and speaker cord and can lug it into my auxilary sound system in my car and charge it at the same time. I listen to audio books while I'm driving back and for to my office every day. I put 100 miles minimum on my car just to and from work every week... and I love listening to books instead of music I don't like or the same news story repeated 8 times.

The 3rd generation is the newest version out now. The 8 gig is about $200. And that is a huge amount of storages. I think only the Ipod touch or phone will accept apps, but check with the store about that. If your Ipod doesn't have a screen it will only have audio apps to use.

OK...I love love love my new ipod touch, but have a question. When you download books from Amazon to the Kindle for Ipods..how do you choose differnt books? When I open the Kindle app on the touch, it opens to the spot I stopped reading in a book. I can't find where to choose what book I want to read.. DUH..I'm sure its simple...
