Those are my favourite kind of pets - they keep you amused, provide company, and look after themselves when you're away.
My avatar is one guy who comes around every winter. Here's our resident doe with her babies.

lovely to see all the photos of your critters. Only hae urban foxes, grey squirrels, and small birds that nest in the hedge, here in a UK town

Neat! What do you put out for the deer? Looks like some hay but do you put some kind of feed out too?

we feed them corn and grass bales and a mineral block.also table scraps like potatoes,etc. we have all kinds of critters living here with us and love seeing them
