We have the same problem so we don't watch while it's downloading, but wait and replay it when it's done.

You probably have dialup, and that's what takes so long. If you had high speed internet it would come through real quick. I'm in the same boat as you. The phone company says that high speed on their line does not come out as far as I live in the country, yet they advertise a life time fee for phone service and high speed internet in our phone bills. You figure!!!!!!!! It makes md so mad!!!!!!!

I used to have that problem to but now it seldom happens since I got DSL. Like others have said, it's more than likely your internet provider, esp if you have dial-up. And it does help to delete your temporary files and run a defragment to free up some space on your hard drive. I have my computer set to do that automatically once a week.

We have DSL & it still downloads a little at a time. That's why I start the download and go do something else. We have complained that the DSL isn't much faster than dial-up. Their response is that we can upgrade to a faster speed for $$$$ more - no thanks, I can be patient. I don't feel I should have to pay over $100 extra for faster speed.

I have this same problem. I have a DSL. I called my provider and they said it was because there was so much activity at that site :( Not sure I buy that as it seems to always happen with certain vidoes. I have a particular problem with the quilt in a day site vidoes. I get a minute or two into it and it just quits, if I try pause it, it just stops. It's probably me, not too talented when it comes to computer glitches!
