Default Of Mice and Men- Netflix or Prime (forgot which one)

I read this book growing up and the movie is fantastic. John Malkovich plays Lennie and Gary Sinese plays George.
Wonderful production! John Steinbeck is one of my all-time favorite authors and these 2 fine actors pay homage to this important writer.

I am usually disappointed when I see the movie version of a favorite book, but this is so well done. Gary Sinese is such a talented actor.

Another that is exceptionally done is To kill a Mockingbird with Gregory Peck. I re-watched it recently, but can't remember if it was on Netflix or Hulu.

The original movie (1939) was made with Lon Chaney Jr. and Burgess Meredith.

JJBlaine- Gregory Peck was Atticus Finch! Brilliant movie version of another very important book!

I liked both versions of "Of Mice and Men". But maybe the older one a bit more.

I have it in my watch list from Amazon Prime, haven't watched it yet.I have a Roku that has all the extras - Netflix, Showtime, etc, but I don't pay for using any of these, and don't use them , just the Roku free channel and Prime.
