We've had 38 days of over 100 degrees so far this year. Today got to 102. I'm ready for winter. Anyone else?

It's not as bad here, but still hot & humid most days. Every time the heat is bothering, I keep telling myself, winter is not far off, & soon, it will alot colder than we wish it was. This too shall pass..... Thank goodness our seasons change & we don't have the same weather year round!

Really? I'm sure not ready for NH winter weather! We soak up all the heat we can during our short summers. But, I do agree, it's been pretty hot and humid.

I just heard on the this evening's news that the St. Louis area can expect excessive heat through the first 9 days of August! I don't want winter, but I can't handle this heat either. Hope everyone stays cool and use their A/Cs and fans.

I can appreciate that coming from basically anywhere outside of the Pacific Northwest. You guys have gotten hammered. On the other hand, we just started getting summer weather so I'm not burned out yet!! I feel bad for you guys every morning, I just don't think I could stand that heat for that long!
