My sisters are doing zumba, but I don't live near them. Was just telling them last nite I wish someone would start a class Here where I live. And they are dropping the weight.

We joined our brand new local Y last month and they have Zumba classes. I still haven't gone to one but really need to, we stick to the indoor walking trail, pool and the machines. My DH would Zumba with me but only in the privacy of our home with the blinds closed and me sworn to secreacy. HUMMMMMMM that sounds like fun!

Love, love, love the Zumba clases taught at the local gym. Women of all ages, sizes and shapes have fun dancing while getting a great workout.

I did zumba in the pool also but our instructor had to cut back and the Y hasn't gotten a new one yet. In the pool, no one can see how badly you dance or if you don't have rhythm or not! It was lots of fun.
