My screen name 'FlyBreit' is a combination of FlyLady (if you don't know her, check her out!) and Mary Engelbreit - love her art!
Smack dab in the middle of Missouri, started sewing as a child, quit as a working mother of young children (duh!).
As my elderly mother's health was fading (I saw her every day, cooked, cleaned, did the Dr thing), knew I would need something to fill the void after she passed. Decided I would go back to sewing.
Never dreamed about quilting (still have a UFO from the mid-70's that I started on my grandmother's frame) but quickly became addicted!
