Forum newby here.
I've never joined an online forum before, so I'm still muddling around. I'm hoping to benefit from the vast knowledge and experience contained here. I am especially crazy about paper piecing. Thus far, I have only used patterns created by others, but I am looking at software to create my own from photos.
On the non-sewing side, I have been active in dog sports for close to 40 years. I am currently an officer in my regional breed club. (Gordon Setters)

My only dog experience is with my cockapoo, a wonderful breed. Welcome to this site where you will learn many new things from the expert quilters on this site from the beautiful mountains of western NC.

Glad you found the QB - you're sure to find lots of great info here shared by many! I'm rather new myself and have never paper pieced but hope to (once I get through a few current projects) and would love to see pics of your paper piece work!

welcome to the board! I, and I am sure others, would be really interested in learning to make paper piecing patterns from photos. Please share your successful tips and techniques with us. So many members have niche talents , we have all benefited from everyone sharing with each other. And Pictures, don't forget pictures, we love pictures.
