Greetings from the Amazon

I am originally from Ontario Canada. I have been living in Peru for 5 1/2 years and the last year in a city located in the middle of the Amazon Jungle.

I love to sew and quilt, make surprise things with my scraps. I have a number of different projects in the works in varying stages I would like to see completed by the end of the year. As you know there are always new ideas and inspirations that pop up.

Looking forward to meeting you and seeing some of your creations.

Wow, Bren! That must have been quite a transition! So what is quilting like in Peru?? Are there fabric stores? Your influences and inspirations are so unique, I would love to see some of your creations.

Hello Bren, welcome from northern California! How interesting your life must be. I hope you will share pictures of some of your projects and, also, tell us about your lifestyle! I am wondering if you have found many other quilters where you live and if it is difficult to find fabric for quilting?
