Default Hello from Arkansas
Hello everyone. I am a 16 year old boy trying to learn how to quilt and do other things around the house. My grandma is getting older and she loves to quilt and do other craft things. It has always amazed me on what she can make out of random things. I would like to connect with her more. I love her. She is trying to to teach me but she thinks I thinks I am an equal level to her. It is hard. I am hoping the site helps me connect with her more and do some impressive quilts also.

Welcome from the California desert. Good to hear you are interested in both your grandmother and quilting. There is a lot to learn from both. Be patient, take your time and learn lots from her!

Howdy and welcome, from Texas! What a dear grandson you are! There are lots of "impressive" quilt patterns, that are relatively easy. Just take your time and don't be afraid to ask questions.
