Welcome from So. Cal. I'm afraid it is not "like" and addiction, it IS an addiction. LOL, admitting one's problem is half the battle. Unfortunately one needs to want to fight the addiction, in this case, no way! We're having too much fun!

Thanks for the replies. Makes you feel good to know others out there share your double life of being a productive member of society and a quilter. I never get enough books, mags, or patterns. Always wanting to finish a quilt for the next to begin.

Welcome from the Texas Panhandle, I also have a quilt/fabric addiction, but I can think of worse things! I call quilting my mid-life crisis since I was about 47 or so before I started. Enjoy your new addiction and post lots of pictures.
