you could cut this one out of strips, and there isn't any Y seams, either

:-) Thank You amma for the directions for tumbling blocks.. I have started them & I am cutting diamonds out one by one so far it looks ok , but it is hard to get the points all perfect. When I get it done I will post it here.. but6 don't hold your breath I may only make a wall hanger because I don't have a lot of material that I started with . I just wanted to have something to do.
