Hello, I'm new and I love quilts. I live in the great Pacific Northwest right up by the Canadian Boarder. I have had 3 great teachers to learn from. Sandra Dievendorf, Jean
Sheppard and Nadine Stone. All three have different techiniques and all have patiences with slow old me. I do
a lot of hand sewing as I set in a wheel chair and sew on
a stool. It fits between my feet just perfect. If there is a will there is a way. I am 74 with a gem of a husband who cooks, does dishes and washes clothes. We have 2 kids,
3 grands, 8 greatgrands, and 2 great, greats. Only 5 boys and the rest girls. All different and all great kids.
I am working on Breakfast in Bed and a strip quilt of flowers. One lacks the facing and the other I have to sew down the floppy flowers on the trellis. Glad to meet all of you. Shirley
