Default Hi from Illinois

Hi, my name is Lee Ann and I am very new to quilting and a new member of this board. I am looking forward to learning to quilt. I will be self taught as there is no quilt/fabric shop around to take lessons. If anyone has any words of wisdom I am open to hear from you.

HI Welcome from Co. I like the Eleanor Burns E'mentery quilt or something like that. I
She is awfully good at directions and she makes it fun. It might help.

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. If you can watch videos, I like Jenny Doan from the Missouri Star quilt Co. She has demos of tablerunners and quilt tops.

Hi Lee Ann, I too am from Illinois.
#1. I guess my advice is to slow down and try to be accurate in your sewing.
#2. Be careful not to buy every gizmo out there for quilting. Don't want buyer's remorse.
#3. Missouri start quilt co" has fabulous tutorials. Be sure to check out.
#4. Just enjoy and have fun!
