Hi, you are all wonderful quilters and I want to be. I am close to retiring, but for now I work out of my home full time(computer support) so spending hours at the sewing machine isn't an option right now, but someday. My Mother, Aunts and Sister were all quilters. My avatar was made by my Sis & it was out of material left from my Mother's quilt stash. I lost my Mom in 89 and my Sis 2 1/2 years ago. I have been sewing since I was 10 and I like to crochet, cross stitch & country dance. Moved from Kansas to Houston & met my hubby at CW dance lessons. Celebrate 20 wonderful years together this summer. Moved from Houston to Kansas, now we are back in Texas. I think the snow followed me. Keep posting the beautiful quilts and I will keep dreaming of what I'm going to make. I've gotten a lot of great ideas from all of you. Thank you. Avis
