Welcome to the Quilting Board. Please feel free to ask us for a coupon code to help out with the high school quilting club's fabric needs; send me a private message.

Welcome from "on the road", currently the thriving metropolis of Detroit (for another month or so), and definitely NOT quilting country. JoAnn's is it. I also love to crochet as well as quilt, and have the most fabulous pattern for a rainbow baby quilt that I am willing to share (circa 1984ish), but it does require advance crocheting abilities as it keeps changing stitches and pattern directions. I think it's great that you take the time to work with high school students who so desperately need all the attention and guidance they can get from adults and then use that to give back to the community. Must be so fulfilling for all of you.

Missouri has some of my favorite quilt shops. Glad to see a post for one of them!
