Welcome from New Hampshire
My oldest and best friend now lives on Whidbey; we've known each other since the early 1940s.
She comes to visit every few years; we otherwise keep in touch by phone, real mail and e-mail.
I really miss her.

Welcome to the board. I used to live on Whidbey and at one time my whole family lived there. They now live in Sequim and Pt. Angeles and I'm in Colorado. You'll enjoy the board, LOTS of information.

Hi and Welcome, Gosh, we almost retired to your lovely island some years back, but we did not want to be so far away from our children. We live on the East Coast, as do they. I love the car ferrys and the mountain ranges. It's a beautiful part of America. I also discovered quite a few quilt shops, one in Edmonds, Washington just two or three blocks from the ferry landing.
